These are the terms you agree to when you use this website or buy the Ink & Signal playbook. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Ink & Signal is published by Tradiant LLC, a company registered in Georgia. Contact: hello@inkandsignal.co.
2. What we sell
We sell The Direct Response Marketing Playbook, a digital book delivered as a PDF, together with any bonuses described on the sales page at the time you buy, and its companion, The Direct Response Marketing Workbook, a fillable PDF. You are buying a personal licence to read and use them. You are not buying the copyright.
3. Buying and payment
Tradiant LLC is the seller and appears as such on your receipt. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation.
You may pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe, or in cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may be due in your country; where we are obliged to charge VAT or sales tax, it is shown before you pay.
After payment you are taken to your download page, and its link is in your receipt email.
4. What you may do with the book
You may read it on any of your devices, print it for your own use, and use its ideas, checklists and methods in your own work and for your clients.
You may not resell, share, upload or publish the PDF or substantial parts of it, or pass on your download link. If your team needs copies, write to us; we are reasonable.
5. The 30-day money-back guarantee
If the book is not for you, write to hello@inkandsignal.co within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to delete the PDF.
A card payment is refunded to the same card. A cryptocurrency payment is refunded in the same coin, at the value we received, less network fees.
If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory rights the law gives you for digital content. This guarantee is in addition to them, not instead of them.
6. Bonuses
Three months of ReplaStats. Buyers may claim three months of the ReplaStats Starter plan for one website, free, with the ReplaStats WordPress plugin included. The claim link is on your download page and may be shared with others, who can each claim three months for their own website. ReplaStats is provided by Tradiant under its own terms at replastats.com. Nothing is charged automatically when the three months end: you can choose a paid plan, or the account moves to the free plan.
One Blind Spot Audit. Buyers receive a coupon on the download page for one free audit at blindspotaudit.com. It can be used once per buyer, and is provided by Tradiant under the terms shown on that site.
The Ink & Signal Workbook is sold separately: $47 on its own, or $27 when added at checkout with the book or bought from the book’s download page. The 30-day money-back guarantee in section 5 applies to it too. If we add free material for buyers to the download page, it is free to everyone who bought the book.
7. About the content
The book discusses the ideas of historical advertising practitioners for education and commentary. Their names are used to identify whose ideas are discussed; this implies no endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship. The modern example ads are illustrations written for the book, not real campaigns or results.
Marketing results depend on your market, your offer and how you carry out the work. We do not promise any particular result from using the book.
8. Using this website
Please do not attempt to break into this website, disrupt it, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful. The text, images and branding on it belong to us.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or any indirect loss.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Which law applies
This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country you live in.
11. The whole agreement
These terms, together with your receipt, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may change these terms for future sales; the version you bought under is the version that applies to you.
